This Agreement is a contract between the customer (“You”) and Lifestyle Cellars Pty Ltd ABN 29 122 131 604 - Limited Liquor Licence No. 36104276 (“www.lifestylecellars.com.au”).
Persons under eighteen (18) of age are not permitted to place orders for alcohol.
If you are buying a case of wine as a gift - the recipient must also be over eighteen (18) of age.
The terms and conditions under which You may purchase products from Lifestyle Cellars are set out below.
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order with Lifestyle Cellars.
By completing the customer application process and using the Lifestyle Cellars service, You acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Modification of these Terms of Use
Lifestyle Cellars may add to, delete, or otherwise change any of the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Lifestyle Cellars website is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the Lifestyle Cellars website. Your use of the Lifestyle Cellars service therefore after, will constitute your deemed acceptance of such changes.
Prices
All prices shown on this site are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST). Unless specified, any delivery charges are additional. While we shall endeavour to keep pricing current at all times, pricing may be subject to change without notice.

Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of eighteen (18) years (penalty exceeds $6000) and it is an offence for a person under the age of eighteen (18) years to purchase or receive liquor (penalty exceeds $500). Anyone at the Delivery Address who receives the wine shall be presumed by Lifestyle Cellars or its agents to be authorised to receive the Goods on Your behalf. Lifestyle Cellars may request that the person who receives the Goods at the Delivery Address provide satisfactory evidence of proof of age. Lifestyle Cellars will refuse to deliver the Goods if the person receiving the Goods is unable or unwilling to provide evidence of proof of age.
Lifestyle Cellars shall not be liable for any delay in delivering your Goods if that delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control such as war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, fire, flood, storm or act of God, failure of Internet Service Provider (ISP) or telecommunications provider in connection with the performance of the Lifestyle Cellars website.
Lifestyle Cellars are not responsible for wine quality, packaging or bottling of wine as these matters are the responsibility of the Winery. To the extent permitted by law, you release Lifestyle Cellars from any claim or liability in respect of quality, packaging, bottling, usage, consumption or handling or wine.
Lifestyle Cellars shall not be liable for or responsible for any incorrect addressing /delivery details provided by the customer.
The wine list displays the wine that can be purchased through the Lifestyle Cellars website. Please note you may submit an order to more than one Winery at a time but as the wine is delivered directly from the wineries, you will need to pay delivery from each winery that you order from, and you will receive your wine from each winery separately.
Payment
Before confirming your order at "Step 3 of 3" of the checkout process, you are encouraged to print out a copy of your receipt on the screen, prior to receiving your email receipt. When you have placed an order, an email receipt and confirmation will be sent using the e-mail address provided.
After confirming your order, you will be re-directed to our 3rd party secure payment gateway (PayPal) to securely process and complete your transaction.
Details of your order, contact details and delivery instructions will not be given to anyone except the Winery which the order is placed.
Lifestyle Cellars reserves the right to cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or number/s provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received.
Lifestyle Cellars take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide.
Delivery Timetable
Lifestyle Cellars offers delivery Australia wide using TNT couriers. TNT will deliver Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00 am - 5.00 pm. Please ensure that there is someone present at the delivery address you provide to receive your order as a signature will be required. If no-one is present, your Goods will be returned to the nearest TNT centre and will attract an additional $15 fee to the customer, for the re-delivery of the goods. A notification card will be left in your mailbox.
Delivery times will vary depending on your delivery address and location of the winery from which your order is placed, as the wine is delivered directly from the wineries. You will receive your wine from each winery separately.

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges will vary depending on your delivery address and location of the winery from which your order is placed, as the wine is delivered directly from the wineries.
An additional cost of $2.50 (per shipment) will be added to the overall cost of goods for "TNT - Road Express (Insured)" deliveries. This is 'Optional'.
Delivery charges will be calculated accordingly, and displayed toYou, before completing the transaction.
Returns
If at any time You are not satisfied with the quality of the wine or If your bottled wine is suffering from a wine fault and does not meet the high standard you associate with Lifestyle Cellars, please contact us at: sales@Lifestylecellars.com.au, and we will assess Your request for a refund or replace the wine, as soon as we have collected the rest of the wine from you and it is received back at the winery; provided that you have only opened two (2) bottles. The Winery is responsible for the quality of the wine. We facilitate handling of wine quality complaints.

At Lifestyle Cellars, we aim to deal with all enquiries fairly, confidentially and quickly. We will acknowledge your contact as soon as possible. We endeavour to resolve most issues immediately; however, where this is not possible, we will keep you informed about progress until a satisfactory resolution has been achieved.

Packaging & Labelling of Goods
Lifestyle Cellars aims to include in the Product List up-to-date pictures of the Goods. At times, the pictures of the Goods on the Product List are for illustrative purposes only. Lifestyle Cellars does not warrant the accuracy of information contained on the Product List and recommends that You read the label on Goods carefully before consuming the Goods.
Licence
You are licensed to use the Lifestyle Cellars website on your computer for Your use in purchasing Goods from Lifestyle Cellars. You acknowledge that you are not permitted to make any other use of the Lifestyle Cellars website unless given prior written authorisation by Lifestyle Cellars.

Wine is an agricultural product and runs out from time to time. All orders and offers are subject to availability of stock. When ordering by website/email, if all items requested have sold out you will be notified by email.
